COVID-19 Information: Store Operations and Protocols

Thank you to our frontline workers. Your courage, compassion, patience and attitude have kept us feeling safe and grateful.

Our in-store services are now open and there are no appointments necessary- come by and we’re here to help you! We take this next step to normalcy very seriously and have modified practices, procedures and interactions to ensure a safe shopping and working environment for our community.

Here are some details on what we’re doing to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members:

  • Shortened opening hours to give time for more thorough cleaning and preparedness. View our google listing for our most accurate store hours.

    • Monday-Friday 10-6pm, Saturday 10-5pm, Sunday 12-4pm

  • A max of 3 parties are allowed in the store at any time. This is well below our capacity and will ensure all parties can easily keep safe social distancing.

  • Clear and visible signage has been installed to help with flow of traffic, suitable waiting areas, and to clarify each parties’ space within the store. We’ve also installed plexi-glass barriers at our till and have hand sanitizer located throughout the store. We ask that all guests use the provided hand sanitizer before and after entering the store.

  • Shoe fittings will be completed by our trained staff with no-touching and from a safe distance. The process will be much the same as you’ve come to expect from us, except you will tie up shoes on your own.

  • Regular cleaning of high-touch areas throughout the day. All staff have been mandated to practice proper hand washing and have been asked to remain home if feeling at all unwell.

  • What about clothing!? Our clothing section will be operational and guests will be able to try-on any of our gear. All tried on clothing that is not purchased will be taken off the floor, steamed and quarantined for 24hours.
